Personal Assistant / Founder Operator

Help run the day behind an AI-driven life.

AI Driven Life is hiring a full-time remote Personal Assistant to work directly with the founder.

This is not a traditional admin role. You'll help protect time, create order, manage follow-through, and keep important personal and business details moving without constant hand-holding.

The work is practical: calendars, messages, reminders, research, scheduling, follow-ups, small projects, and the operating details that make a busy life feel calm and well run.

You'll use modern tools every day, including AI tools, to draft, summarize, research, organize, check, and move faster. The tools help with the work. Your judgment, communication, discretion, and follow-through are what make the role valuable.

Role:
Personal Assistant / Founder Operator
Location:
Remote worldwide
Starting compensation:
From $800/month, and higher depending on how deeply you actually work with AI
Schedule:
Full-time, flexible, async-first
Growth:
Comp and scope grow from there with trust, ownership, and results

What you'll do

You'll be the founder's operating layer - the person who turns messy inputs into clear next actions and makes sure things don't slip.

  • Own follow-ups across email, Telegram, calendars, tasks, and project notes.
  • Keep the founder's calendar clean, intentional, and realistic.
  • Prepare simple summaries before calls, decisions, errands, and important conversations.
  • Turn voice notes, scattered messages, and rough ideas into organized tasks.
  • Draft and polish messages in a clear, human voice.
  • Track commitments after meetings so decisions turn into action.
  • Research options, compare tradeoffs, and present concise recommendations.
  • Coordinate scheduling, reminders, personal admin, hiring steps, vendors, and small operational details.
  • Use AI tools to reduce manual work: drafting, summarizing, checking, researching, organizing, first passes.
  • Notice what is about to become a problem and raise it early.

The goal isn't to "do tasks." It's to protect attention, reduce friction, and help the founder move through the day with fewer dropped balls.

What you get

From $800/month, and higher depending on how deeply you actually work with AI

The starting point, not the ceiling - it grows from there with trust, ownership, and results.

Remote worldwide

Work anywhere with reliable internet and strong communication. Flexible, async-first.

Direct founder access

Work with the decision-maker, not through layers of management.

AI tools provided

Learn to use them in real operating work, not as a buzzword.

Clear growth path

Expand into operations, hiring coordination, client prep, systems, or chief-of-staff support.

Paid first week

We start with a paid first week of real work - if it's a good fit on both sides, we keep going; either side can stop.

Who you are

Organized, calm, and reliable. You don't need to be a developer - you do need to be comfortable learning tools and thinking for yourself.

You may be a strong fit if:

  • You write clearly and naturally.
  • You turn an unclear request into a sensible next step.
  • You follow through without needing to be chased.
  • You protect confidential information without drama.
  • You're comfortable with calendars, email, docs, task lists, Telegram, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT-style tools.
  • You care about details but don't get stuck waiting for perfect instructions.
  • You can say: "I think this is the best next move, and here's why."
  • You like small teams, fast feedback, and real ownership.

This is probably not the right role if:

  • You need every task fully scripted.
  • You avoid new tools.
  • You disappear when something is unclear.
  • You prefer busywork over ownership.
  • You're uncomfortable working close to personal, confidential, or sensitive information.
  • You need a large company structure to feel productive.

The most important traits are judgment, discretion, writing, follow-through, and staying calm when plans change.

How to apply

  1. 1

    Start the screening on Telegram

Answer a short set of questions about how you work and communicate. This is the normal first step.

  2. 2

    Optional: attach your resume

You can also attach your resume for extra context. It helps, but it is not required for a valid application.

  3. 3

    Practical AI-supported task

The primary filter is a short, hands-on task where you work with AI and bring your own judgment. It takes 30 to 60 minutes, and you decide how much of it you want to complete.

  4. 4

    Interview

We talk through your thinking, communication, questions, and fit.

  5. 5

    Paid first week

We start with a paid first week of real work - if it's a good fit on both sides, we keep going; either side can stop.

Start screening on Telegram

When you apply, be direct: tell us what work brings out your best, what tools you already use, and one time you made someone's life easier by being organized, thoughtful, and reliable.

Optional: attach your resume

The screening on Telegram is the normal first step. You can also attach your resume here for extra context; it helps, but it is not required.

Drag and drop your PDF resume here

Or choose a file below.

PDF only, up to 10 MB.

Optional enrichment: your resume helps provide context, but it is not required to start or complete the Telegram screening. PDF only, max 10 MB.

Paste a Loom, YouTube, Drive, or uploaded recorder link so it travels with your application.

This optional upload adds context to the screening; it does not gate your application.
